Construction awards ran heavy into the fiscal year end. Among the largest, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic awarded Consigli Construction $364.9 million for Marine Corps barracks at Cherry Point and BL Harbert $207.9 million for an aircraft maintenance hangar at Beaufort, and the Army opened a $1.05 billion multiple-award vehicle for facility sustainment, renovations and repairs across 46 firms. The Corps of Engineers placed more than $780 million in construction and civil works awards across eight districts.
