December 2026 Council Meeting Agenda & Important Deadlines

Chapter Executives and Councilors are invited to join us for the next Council of Chapter Representatives Meeting, taking place December 6–8, 2026, at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in San Diego. Please see the agenda below for meeting details.

Held twice a year, this meeting offers an opportunity to:

• Stay informed on the latest SMACNA initiatives, industry developments, and important news.
• Share your perspective and ensure your chapter’s voice is heard by fellow representatives and SMACNA leadership.
• Engage and connect through open forums, networking opportunities, and insights from SMACNA National staff, elected officials, and guest speakers.

Industry Fund Seminar: Join us immediately following the December Council of Chapter Representatives Meeting for the Industry Fund Seminar, a valuable educational program designed for SMACNA chapter executives, industry fund trustees, and others responsible for the administration of local industry funds.
