In our latest AI Reality Check, we show you how to move past the confusion about which AI chatbot to use and focus instead on how you're using this ever-growing tool.
A question I hear often is which AI system to use? In a market moving as fast as AI currently is, this is not really answerable, but we can suggest a few things.

The first is that for 90% of users, Copilot is good enough, and because it already has the company’s security, logins and data, makes the most sense to be the main AI across the company. However, a general tool like Copilot, that needs to serve the massive Microsoft ecosystem, is not going to be as easy to use or have the cutting-edge features of Claude or ChatGPT.
So those few workers that have the interest and aptitude to really use ChatGPT or Claude should be given company-provided accounts and be treated almost like a BIM coordination team using Revit. A specialist team using a specialist tool, receiving training to further their capabilities.
We are still in the early innings of AI, and because these tools change so fast, trying to juggle between ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, and so on, is a waste of time. Much more important is to ensure you’re building AI fluency across your company and giving resources to those folks who have shown they can be early adopters and help the broader company adopt AI going forward.
