With just days remaining before the final deadline, the competition for Top Ten honors and Capitol Caucus recognition remains strong!
With just days remaining before the October 28 deadline, the competition for Top Ten honors and Capitol Caucus recognition is heating up. While the top three remain unchanged, several chapters have made significant moves over the past week, proving that there is still plenty of time to climb the rankings.
As of October 18th, SMACNA Southern California continues to hold the top spot, followed by Western Oklahoma in the No. 2 slot, Oregon & SW Washington holding at 3rd place.
The biggest story of the week belongs to the Metropolitan Detroit chapter who vaulted from 8th to 5th place, leapfrogging Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Georgia to dramatically reshape the middle of the leaderboard. The battle for positions five through eight remains especially tight!
Outside the Top Ten, several chapters remain within striking distance. Western Pennsylvania currently sits at #11, followed by Northern Indiana at #12. With more than a week remaining in the competition, chapters still have an opportunity to make a late push for recognition.
The Capitol Caucus standings remained unchanged during this reporting period, but recognition levels are still up for grabs through October 28. Chapters still have a few days to achieve or improve their Silver, Gold, or Platinum status before the program closes for 2026.
The Race is Still On! Contributions received through October 28 count toward both the Top Ten competition and Capitol Caucus recognition, giving chapters a chance to improve their standing before the 2026 competitions close.
