Financial Boot Camp Graduates on Their Way to Success

We are thrilled to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of the latest Financial Boot Camp (FBC) graduates.

The October 5–7, 2026, Financial Boot Camp — “Interpret, Navigate and Analyze!”—focused on interpreting financial statements, navigating key performance indicators, and analyzing financial strategies. Through practical drills, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenarios, the three-day program connected financial concepts with the business challenges participants encounter in their organizations.

Day one covered accounting concepts, income statements, work in process (WIP) accounting, working capital effects, and balance sheet transactions. Day two shifted to internal accounting processes, banking and bonding, financial analysis, breakeven point and profit planning, and financial ratios for decision-making. Business transition concepts, common entity forms, strategic elements, case studies, and surety issues rounded out the second day.

The final day focused on technology adoption and ERP, including ERP fundamentals and the off-the-shelf landscape. A selection process workshop and a session on implementation considerations and change management best practices connected technology decisions with the program’s broader financial management focus.

We would also like to highlight the organizations that have invested in their employees by supporting them through this program. These companies understand the value of professional development and continuous learning in today's competitive business environment. By sponsoring their employees' participation in the Financial Boot Camp, they foster a culture of growth, efficiency, and innovation.

The following companies have made a significant investment in their employees' professional development:

  • Airco Mechanical, Inc.
  • Atlantic Air Products Mfg., LLC
  • Building Control Systems, LLC
  • CIRCO System Balance, Inc.
  • Colorado Sheet Metal, Inc.
  • Crosstown Heating & Ventilating
  • CT Mechanical
  • Delta Mechanical
  • McDowall Company
  • Newjac Industrial
  • Peterson Sheet Metal
  • R & R Ductwork
  • UPM Mechanical
  • Ventcon, LLC
  • Warren Systems, Inc.
  • Wittler-Young Co., Inc.

We commend each graduate for their hard work and commitment. Armed with a deeper understanding of financial principles and tools, they are better prepared to lead with confidence, contribute to profitability, and shape the strategic direction of their organizations.

We congratulate all the graduates and express our appreciation to the companies that supported them on this journey. Your investment in professional development is a testament to your commitment to excellence.
