Lockformer’s Spiral Tube Former 2.0 is the latest machine in the spiral tube former series. This is our workhouse model combining the benefits and features of both previous models, offering both high-speed and heavy gauge capacities.
It can produce spiral pipe from 14-28 gauge thickness with maximum speeds of 287-344 ft/min depending on gauge and has a diameter range from 3”-100”. Lockformer’s Spiral Tube Former 2.0 is a revolutionary spiral tube former that is not only one of the most compact machines with the smallest footprint in the market, but also one of the most efficient. Powered by a frequency drive electric motor, the Spiral Tube Former 2.0 runs quietly, while reliably producing smooth, high-quality spiral pipe.
