Engineered for HVAC systems changeouts and installations, Hardcast® foil-backed pressure-sensitive rolled sealants bond to metal instantly. Plus, there's no mess or cure time−you can perform pressure tests right away! These sealants have a 17-mil consistent thickness and are Zero-VOC and UV-resistant. Whether you're sealing galvanized sheet metal, flex duct, or PVC-coated surfaces, Hardcast® rolled sealants ensure a durable, long-lasting seal in all seasons.

Efficiency Begins with the Right Seal:

  • FOIL-GRIP™ 1402: Aluminum foil backed (plain or printed), general purpose rolled mastic sealant with a water-resistant grip and 40-year durability (UL-723).
  • FOIL-GRIP™ 1403-181BFX: Aluminum foil backed with modified butyl joint sealant, excellent for cold temperatures (UL 181B-FX).
  • FOIL-GRIP™ 1404-181BFX: Foil faced flexible sealant with butyl adhesive composite; superior tack to metal, flex duct, PVC-coated pipe and ductwork (UL 181B-FX).
