Reserve Your Chapter Tables for the 2026 SMACNA Annual Convention

Back by popular demand, reserved tables for chapters are now available for the 2026 SMACNA Annual Convention in Orlando.

Chapters can now reserve tables directly online, making it quick and easy to secure your space.

Tables are available at the following rates:

• $1,000 for the Monday Keynote Lunch
• $1,000 for the Wednesday President’s Lunch
• $1,500 for both events

There is no limit on the number of tables a chapter may reserve. The reservation deadline is June 1.

This is a great opportunity to bring your chapter together and enhance your Convention experience.
