This new tool will support locals, chapters, and JATCs that are interested in forming or strengthening a BE4ALL Committee.

Please take a moment to review the BE4ALL Local Area Committee Guidebook, a new resource developed to support locals, chapters, and JATCs that are interested in forming or strengthening a BE4ALL (Belonging & Excellence for All) Committee.
BE4ALL is focused on building strong, respectful workspaces and supporting the long-term success of our members. Local BE4ALL committees play an important role in that work by helping address culture, accountability, recruitment, retention, and member engagement at the local level.
This guidebook is intended to be practical and flexible, offering ideas, tools, and templates that locals can adapt to their size, structure, and existing programs.
