Is Your Prior Authorization on File?

One of the most important ways SMACNA members can strengthen our advocacy efforts is by completing a SMACPAC Prior Authorization (PA).

Federal law requires SMACNA to obtain a signed Prior Authorization before communicating with members about SMACPAC, its activities, and opportunities to support the association's political program.

Submitting a PA simply gives SMACNA permission to keep you informed about the organization's political and advocacy efforts. It does not obligate you to contribute to SMACPAC.

If you have not yet submitted your Prior Authorization—or if yours has expired—we encourage you to complete one today. Every signed authorization expands our ability to communicate with members and strengthens SMACNA's advocacy program at the federal, state, and local levels.
