We're excited to introduce SMACNA HQ, our new mobile app for the 2026 SMACNA Annual Convention!

The app will be an important part of your Convention experience. You'll need it to check into sessions and exchange contact information with exhibitors at the Product Show. You can also use it to build your schedule, connect with other attendees, find speakers and Product Show exhibitors, view event maps, and stay up to date on what's happening throughout the Convention.

For Product Show exhibitors, the app will also serve as the lead retrieval platform.

Be sure to get the app set up before arriving in Orlando so you're ready to go!

Instructions:

1. Download the app using the appropriate link above. Apple users will see the app name display as Higher Logic Thrive Mobile 365.
2. (For Apple Users Only) On the home screen there will be a search bar, enter “SMACNA” and the App will Appear. Click on the app.
3. You'll now have the SMACNA HQ App open. From here tap “Events” on the bottom icon bar.
4. From the lists of events, select “2026 SMACNA Annual Convention”, and on the next screen tap “Select this event”
5. Then choose “Sign in with SMACNA” if they are a member, or “Email me a link” if they aren’t a member, but registered for the event and should be on the registrant list.

Access SMACNA HQ from your Desktop:

Login at: https://events.rdmobile.com/Account/Login. 

1. Enter your email address. Use the email address associated with your event account.
2. Check your inbox. Look for the email from SMACNA <noreply@rdmobile.com> and click the login link. 
3. Confirm your login. Your name should appear in the top-right corner of the website.

Having Trouble Accessing SMACNA HQ?

Be sure to use the email address associated with your Convention registration. If you're having trouble accessing the app or were registered as a spouse or guest using someone else's email address, please contact jlathongordon@smacna.org. We can verify your registration and help you get connected.

Attendees can also stop by the Convention Registration Desk for assistance once onsite.
