Bookstore FAQ

Having trouble with your bookstore purchase? See our quick guide below. 

Once purchased, download your PDF file by going to the My Bookshelf link in the SMACNA Store.

  • Go to My Bookshelf 
  • Log in with the same username and password that you used when you made your original purchase.
  • You should now see a cover image of the title you purchased.
  • Select the image and click Download to access your PDF file.

My PDF file is still not available.

If you are logged in and do not see the cover image or a download button:

  •  Log out of the SMACNA website
  • Clear your browser history
  •  Log back in

This will refresh your access to the website and show any orders that were purchased.

Combo Digital/Print order

Combo orders can cause delays with delivery of the PDF. If you do not see your PDF within 8 hours of your purchase, email order@smacna.org.

Yes. You can view your PDF files on your computer, laptop, tablet, and smartphone. All PDF files are watermarked with your individual credentials, including name, company, and email address.

Yes. You can download the PDF file and print on any device.

You must be connected to the internet and logged in to your SMACNA account to view and download your files. You can then print and save your purchased PDF files so that they can be viewed offline.
