Jessie Stolark

Jessie Stolark-(1).pngJessie Stolark is the Executive Director for the Carbon Capture Coalition, a non-partisan collaboration of more than 100 companies, unions, conservation, and environmental policy organizations, building federal policy support to enable economywide, commercial scale deployment of carbon management technologies. 

Alongside Coalition staff, consultants and members, Jessie leads the Coalition’s successful federal advocacy, convening, and education work to foster economywide deployment of carbon management. She joined the Carbon Capture Coalition in 2019 as the public policy and member relations manager. Prior to the Coalition, she was a policy advisor at Third Way, where she managed the Climate and Energy Program’s carbon capture and industrial decarbonization portfolio. Jessie also served as a policy associate at the Environmental and Energy Study Institute with a focus on biomass and biofuels policies.

She holds a master’s degree in Applied Geosciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Environmental Science from Bryn Mawr College.
