Carmen Koo, owner of Fullerton, CA-based Applied Air Conditioning, was named one of 2023’s Top Women in HVAC by ACHR News. During her interview, Carmen talks about how she entered the industry and rose to become the owner of Applied. She also talks about some of the challenges that women face in the industry, provides insight into her day-to-day responsibilities, and talks about some of her future goals within SMACNA and the greater HVAC space.
