The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) announced that they are joining NIOSH, the National Safety Council (NSC), and the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) as a PtD Award partner for the 2024 ceremony. AIHA will host the 2024 PtD Award ceremony at AIHA Connect in Columbus, Ohio, May 20-22, 2024.

Prevention through Design promotes “designing out” hazards and risks as a fundamental way to prevent and control occupational injuries, illnesses, and fatalities and encourages firms to make safety a primary concern of any project.
