Don Campbell, CHST - Don graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management in 1998. He spent three years as Safety Manager for a large General Contractor before starting his 20+ year career with P1 Group. In his career at P1 Group, he has held the roles of Safety Director, Vice President of Safety and is currently serving on the Executive Board as Vice President. P1 Group employs over 1400 employees and works all across the country. He is involved in three national safety committees, MCAA, SMACNA, and AGC. He is the past president of the Construction Safety Group of Kansas City and founder of the Safety Alliance of Kansas City. He was the MCAA/Milwaukee Tool Safety Professional of the Year in 2021.

Ryan Hayes is a General Manager – Home Office Claims at Federated Insurance. He is responsible for leading the technical oversight of Federated’s workers compensation book-of-business. He also has the privilege of leading Federated’s Medical Support Group (MSG), a team of nurses who consult on workers compensation and liability claims; the Special Investigation Unit (SIU); the Medicare Compliance Unit; and the P&C Claims administrative support function, including the Medical Bill Review Unit.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts – Criminal Justice Studies/Political Science at St. Cloud State University. He began his career at Federated Insurance in February 2002 as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative. Since then, he has held the positions of Special Investigations Unit Investigator, Home Office Claims Manager – Workers’ Compensation / Medical Support Group / Special Investigations Unit and General Manager – Home Office Claims.
